Our comprehensive evaluations include a thorough history, health screening, developmental assessment, and development of an individualized plan of care, all provided in the convenience of your home. Families are provided with a written report within a week of the evaluation. These sessions also include components of family education and development of a home program. In some cases a formal developmental evaluation will be completed using standardized outcome measures. All results will be shared in the written report in a family friendly manner.
Treatment sessions are provided in your home setting or a mutually agreeable community location. Our care plans are designed to meet you and your child's individual needs. We provide skilled, hands-on care. In some cases we may bring therapeutic tools and activities to our visits. Each session will include components of family education and sharing resources to support the carryover of recommendations.

At this time we directly bill Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Mainecare. All other insurance carriers will require cash payment for services.
Information on your preferred payment method will be collected prior to the first visit. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
Following the visit you can request a super bill. A super bill provides all the necessary information to submit your visit receipt to your insurance company or flexible spending account organization for reimbursement. If you plan to submit to insurance, we strongly encourage you to call your insurance company in advance of our first session to learn about your child's out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
